Situated to the north-west of London in Brent is Malvern Mews, a cul-de-sac off Malvern Road. The Mews contains 28 properties used for residential purposes.
The Mews is not part of a Conservation Area.
Malvern Mews is made up of two and three storey, rendered or painted brickwork buildings with roofs hidden behind parapet walls, surrounded by a tarmacadam road surface. Parking is restricted and there are both intact and converted garages present. There are tables and chairs within the Mews, along with some Mews-style housing at one end in the form of two storey brickwork buildings with sash windows.
The original purpose for the Mews was to provide stable/ coach house accommodation for the main houses on Malvern Road but nowadays the properties are used for residential purposes. There have been some roof extensions, garage conversions and change of use of certain properties to residential since 2003. A row of six of the properties were erected in 1988.
