Alterations and extension of an existing two storey Mews property to replace a commercial unit which in common with several others in Chippenham Mews was primarily used for garaging including a new Mansard roof which required a full scaffold with a tin lid. The accommodation now provides 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and reception areas.

The property was unlisted but within a Conservation Area. The Mews was much altered but in need of refurbishment. The layout was compromised as it had 2 No. circular stairs added. It unusually had windows to the rear which had to be adjusted to new stairs.
The works were typical Phase 2 development works- https://everchangingmews.com/typical-mews-developments/#phasetwo
