Mews of the month – November (‘Novem’)

The word November comes from the latin Novem which means ‘nine’ as it was the ninth month of the year until January and February thrust their way into the then calendar.

November is also a great time to raise public awareness and reap the harvest. What better time to visit a collection of mews and show your appreciation and to give thanks. There are several concentrations of magnificent mews across central London, but our suggestion is to visit WC1 and view nine in close proximity to each other.
